About Me

Hello my name is Rita.

Thank you for visiting my web site. Let me tell you a little about myself...

I live in Washington state on what I think of as a tiny one acre farm. I'm married and we have 2 sons. Our family has two dogs, a german shepherd and a boxer. We keep a few chickens for their eggs. They are also my pets. I've recently started a bit of organic gardening too.

Sketching and other forms of art have always been a hobby of mine. Sewing is just another way to express and create. I think it's fun and special to wear beautiful and unusual one of a kind items. I am sure you'll feel the same way when you wear one of my Oh Rita skirts.

When giving gifts I have always enjoyed being able to give items that are truly unique and special. My sock monkeys and skirts make excellent gifts too.

Sock monkeys, sock dogs and sock cats make the perfect companion for a child. I enjoy creating them with different expressions on their faces. I hope you enjoy looking at what I've made.
